At Randstad, we are looking for a Program Manager to join a major and prominent multinational company leading in Data Center technology and infrastructure, located in Zaragoza.

What you'll do

Lead the end-to-end execution of people programs (manager onboarding, talent development, engagement, and change management).

Collaborate directly with site management (Cluster Manager), HR, and multidisciplinary stakeholders to align operational priorities.
