About the role

Are you currently studying an Intermediate or Advanced Degree in Administration and Finance, Transport and Logistics, or International Trade?

What you'll do

Support with administrative tasks and document management
Monitoring and tracking of deliveries.
Documentation of delivery and collection notes.
Email management and customer service.
Customs documentation management.
Preparation of commercial quotations.
Incident management
Organisation and filing of documentation

What we're looking for

We are looking for students of:

Intermediate or Advanced Degree in Administration and Finance
Higher Degree in Transport and Logistics
Higher Degree in International Trade

Must be enrolled at a training centre with the possibility of signing an internship agreement

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication skills
Basic computer skills
