The role

Do you have experience in industrial production plants and are you looking for guaranteed stability in the short term? At Randstad, we are looking for you! We are selecting Production Operators to join a major multinational leader in cardboard packaging manufacturing located in Alcalá de Guadaíra. We offer a Monday to Friday schedule with weekends off, attractive salaries with a night shift premium, and direct hiring into the company's permanent staff after 3 months. Apply now!

What you'll do

Feeding and supplying raw materials to the automatic manufacturing lines.

Control, support, and supervision of the correct functioning of the production machinery.

Visual inspection of finished product quality according to technical standards.

Removal of waste, clearing of lines, and final palletizing of the product.

Maintenance of order, cleanliness, and strict compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations.

How you'll work

Working day: Monday to Friday (Weekends always off).

Shifts: Weekly rotating shifts of Morning (06:00-14:00 h), Afternoon (14:00-22:00 h), and Night (22:00-06:00 h).

Stability: 3 months via Randstad + Direct incorporation into the company's permanent staff.

Location: Alcalá de Guadaíra (Seville).

Start date: Immediate.

Requirements

Experience: Demonstrable previous experience in factories, industrial plants, or continuous production lines (highly valued in the cardboard, graphic arts, or packaging sector).

Availability: Full availability to work in 3 rotating shifts (Morning, Afternoon, and Night) from Monday to Friday.

Competencies: Dynamism, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team.

Own vehicle to travel to the facilities in Alcalá de Guadaíra.
