The role

Are you passionate about doing a job well and looking for stability in a large company?

We are looking to hire a Furniture Assembly and Fitting Operator to join our production team. You will be responsible for shaping our pieces, assembling each structure with maximum precision before final quality control. If you are a detail-oriented person, skilled with tools, and enjoy seeing the real result of your work in a top-tier industrial environment, we want to hear from you!

What you'll do

Assembling structures: Carry out the assembly and fitting of furniture pieces (kitchen modules, bathroom units, wardrobes, and auxiliary furniture) following technical drawings and production route sheets.

Installing hardware and components: Mount and adjust hinges, drawer slides, lift systems, opening mechanisms, and legs, ensuring proper squaring and smooth, precise operation.

Using workshop and industrial tools: Handle manual, pneumatic, and power tools (screwdrivers, assembly presses, industrial staplers, dowel inserters) skillfully and safely.

Adjustment and alignment: Verify that the dimensions, squareness, and clearances of assembled pieces strictly meet the required quality tolerances.

Component inspection: Check that all parts and hardware required for the batch are complete and in perfect condition before and during the assembly process.

Coordination and line handover: Pass the assembled piece to the next stage of the line (cleaning, inspection, or packaging) and report any defects or material deviations.
