We need a versatile production operator with a forklift for Les Franqueses
Loading of inputs: Feeding hoppers, mixers, and chemical reactors with solid inputs (aggregates, cement) and liquids (epoxy resins, polyurethanes, additives).
Tracking production orders: Weighing minor additives or pigments meticulously according to the technical recipes of the production order.
Process control: Monitoring operating parameters (mixing times, temperatures, viscosity, and pressures) during the synthesis or mixing of products.
Machine operation: Handling mechanical, semi-automatic, or automatic lines for bagging (mortars/cements) and filling (drums, IBC containers, or jerry cans of resins and additives).
Labeling and traceability: Placing the corresponding regulatory labels, identifying batches, expiration dates, and safety pictograms for chemical products.
Palletizing: Grouping and securing the merchandise using strapping machines or heat shrink wrappers to leave the pallets ready for the warehouse.
Sampling: Taking samples of mortar mass or liquid resin for delivery to the quality control laboratory before final packaging.
Preventive maintenance: Cleaning reactors, filling tubes, and nozzles to avoid cross-contamination between different product batches.
Operational adjustments: Detecting and resolving minor mechanical anomalies or blockages in the bagging lines.
