We are looking to hire 12 professionals to join a new and modern production line. To guarantee an optimal start, we offer a 3-month period of prior paid training, allowing you to master the process before the official start of the major production phase.

What you'll do

Depending on your profile and skill set, you will join one of the two key teams in the process:

Option A: Extrusion Section (6 vacancies)

  • Comprehensively prepare, set up, and supervise the coated hose extrusion lines.
  • Perform the assembly, disassembly, and cleaning of the extrusion head, handling large components (from 10 to 50 kg) while ensuring their correct positioning.
  • Feed and manage raw materials in the extruder (fabric, rubber, TPU, rubber, or polyurethane) both manually (25 kg bags) and through the use of cranes and forklifts for hoppers and big bags.
  • Ensure quality control through periodic sampling and the removal of excess or defective material.

Option B: Vulcanization Section (6 vacancies):

  • Feed and guide the hose along the vulcanization line walkway (up to 200 meters long).
  • Start and prepare the vulcanization process, activating the corresponding computer programs and adjusting the required technical parameters.
  • Prepare, stretch, and position hoses using overhead cranes for extension on the line tables.
  • Perform manual bundling using pneumatic guns and execute precision cuts according to the indicated footage.
