The role

An important company in the food sector located in Sant Joan Despí needs to hire production operators, preferably with experience in the food/hospitality sector.

Experience in a similar position or on a production line is valued.

Important: Ability to handle loads or weight, and flexibility for rotating shifts.

What you'll do

Typical functions of an operator on a bakery production line and in packaging.

Valuable experience in other food companies.

Valuable to have vocational training (CFGM) or other studies.

Intensive rotating shifts in the morning, afternoon, and night according to production needs.

How you'll work

Initial contract with 40 hours per week with rotating schedules. These can be morning (5 to 13, 6 to 14, 7 to 15), afternoon (13 to 21, 14 to 22, 15 to 23), and night (21 to 5, 22 to 6, 23 to 7) according to production needs.

Monthly contract.

Work from Monday to Friday. Stable job position.

Salary: 10.08 eur gross/hour plus a night shift premium of 1.08 eur gross/hour.

It is essential to have full availability to work rotating shifts during the different production time slots. These can be morning (5 to 13, 6 to 14, 7 to 15), afternoon (13 to 21, 14 to 22, 15 to 23), and night (21 to 5, 22 to 6, 23 to 7).
Reside near the town of the vacancy or have your own vehicle.
Availability to start from 01/11/2026
Dynamic and active person, accustomed to high work rhythms and weight lifting.

IMPORTANT

Availability to complete the full selection process and training in less than 24 hrs (OHS courses) and collect PPE at the offices in Barberá del Vallés.
