Do you have manual dexterity, a versatile profile, and are you looking for stability within the industrial sector in the Conca de Barberà region? At Randstad, we are selecting a Specialist Laborer / "Handyman" to join a leading manufacturing company located in Montblanc. If you are looking to integrate into a dynamic team with the option to learn and master different production areas, we are waiting for you!

What you'll do

By integrating into the production and assembly line, your main functions will be:

Starting in the assigned position: chain hanging and preparation of components for the line.
Technical assistance in the various phases of assembly and shaping of metal shutters.
Versatile manual operations providing support throughout the different sections of the workshop.
Visual verification of finishes and ensuring the quality standards of the final product.
Maintenance of order, cleanliness, and safety at your workstation.

How you'll work

First week: Split shift for adaptation/training (from 08:00h to 13:00h and from 15:00h to 18:00h) to learn the section and processes in detail.
Subsequently: Rotating morning and afternoon shifts (Monday to Friday).

Requirements

Skills: Good manual dexterity ("handyman" profile), proactivity, and ease in quickly learning mechanical and manual tasks.

Versatility: Interest and willingness to rotate and learn different positions on the assembly line.

Availability: Availability to work a split shift during the first week, followed by a move to rotating shifts (morning/afternoon).

Residence: Residence in Montblanc or nearby towns in the Conca de Barberà region.

Mobility: Own vehicle or ease of daily commuting to the workplace.
