Foreman: High experience and workshop organization capacity.

Assistant: Previous experience (even if minimal) and a proactive attitude.

Flexibility: Willingness to perform workshop tasks during the assembly period of the new installation.

Mobility: Residence in Cubas de la Sagra or surrounding areas (Casarrubuelos, Griñón, Illescas, etc.).

The role

Are you an expert with a spray gun or looking for a stable opportunity in the industrial sector? At our plant in Cubas de la Sagra, we are expanding our team and looking for two profiles (Foreman and Assistant) for a solid project with a future.

What you'll do

Acclimatization Phase: Workshop support tasks to become familiar with the company's metal parts until moving on to the painting installation.

Production Phase: Technical painting (liquid and powder) on metal structures.

How you'll work

Location: Workplace in Cubas de la Sagra (Madrid).

Schedule: Fixed morning shift (07:00h to 15:00h). Real work-life balance!
