Plater or Plateress (Summer Campaign)

We are looking for the most committed and fast profile for the key position of Plater/Dishwasher. If you are characterized by your rigor with cleanliness and your ability to maintain a constant workflow in a high-demand environment, your work is essential for the kitchen to operate with excellence.

You will be directly responsible for the hygiene and order of all elements necessary for the food service. Your main duties include:

Cleaning and sanitizing the dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.

Keeping the dishwashing area and sinks clean and organized.

Providing basic assistance and support to the kitchen team (Dishwasher).

Collaborating in the general cleaning of the kitchen, including cold rooms and storage areas.

A valid Food Handler's Card is required.

Demonstrable experience in dishwashing or as a kitchen assistant.

Organization and a high ability to work in a team and under pressure.

Full availability to cover rotating shifts, including evenings (5:00 PM to 1:00 AM) or mornings (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM), according to client needs.

Buscamos el perfil más comprometido y rápido para el puesto clave de Platero/a-Marmitón. Si te caracterizas por tu rigor con la limpieza y tu capacidad para mantener el flujo constante de trabajo en un entorno de alta demanda, tu labor es fundamental para que la cocina pueda operar con excelencia.

Serás el responsable directo de la higiene y el orden de todos los elementos necesarios para el servicio gastronómico. Tus funciones principales incluyen:

Limpieza y desinfección de la vajilla, cristalería, cubertería y utensilios de cocina.

Mantener el área de platería y fregaderos limpia y organizada.

Asistencia básica y soporte al equipo de cocina (Marmitón).

Colaboración en la limpieza general de la cocina, incluyendo cámaras y almacenes.

Imprescindible Carné de Manipulador de Alimentos en vigor.

Experiencia demostrable en funciones de fregador/a o auxiliar de cocina.

Organización y alta capacidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo presión.

Disponibilidad horaria total para cubrir turnos rotativos, incluyendo tardes (17:00h a 1:00h) o mañanas (8:00h a 16:00h), según las necesidades del cliente.
