What we're looking for

Experience: Minimum 2 years as a folder operator in graphic arts companies, industrial binding, or finishing workshops.

Machinery: Proven experience with industrial folders for the graphic arts sector (preferably brands such as Stahl / Heidelberg, MBO, or similar).

Competencies: A meticulous, resourceful person, with the ability to work at agile rhythms and oriented towards the quality of the final product.

We are looking for a Folder in the graphic arts sector for an important company in Sabadell. If you are interested in the position, apply now!

What you'll do

Reporting directly to the Production Manager or Workshop Supervisor, the selected person will be responsible for the adjustment, handling, and supervision of industrial folding machines, ensuring folding quality and compliance with delivery deadlines for binding orders.

Setup and preparation: Configuration and adjustment of the mechanical elements of the folder (feeder, registration tables, pockets, blades, rollers, and exits).

Interpretation of work orders: Reading the technical specifications of the run (format, imposition, grammage, paper type, and folding scheme).

Execution and run control: Supervision of the continuous folding process (standard folding, cross folding, accordion, brochures, sheets for sewing or milling).

Quality control: Constant verification of registration, squaring, and the absence of wrinkles, tears, or repaints.

Operational maintenance: Cleaning of rollers, basic lubrication of the machine, and agile notification/resolution of jams or mechanical deviations.

How you'll work

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 15:00 h.
