Sales Promoter

Experience and interest: Great interest, knowledge, or passion for the Beauty sector (aesthetics, personal care, hair styling, or styling trends); previous experience as a promoter, salesperson, or commercial advisor will be highly valued.

Commercial competencies: Excellent persuasive communication skills, eloquence, orientation toward cross-selling, and the ability to perform public demonstrations without shyness.

Key competencies: Very dynamic, autonomous profile, with initiative for cold approaching, negotiation capacity to improve in-store display, empathy, and orientation toward customer satisfaction.

In your day-to-day at the workplace (MediaMarkt Alcorcón), you will be the person responsible for boosting sales of the beauty, hair styling, and personal care range, performing the following main responsibilities:

Commercial proactivity and active approach: active approach to customers visiting the section to offer live demonstrations, introduce the product, and enthusiastically convey the benefits of the Beauty range.

Personalized technical advice: active listening to identify the customer's hair type, daily routine, or specific image needs, recommending the device that best fits their expectations.

Direct sales and persuasive pitch: application of consultative selling techniques, verbal fluency, and eloquence to prescribe the differentiating advantages of styling, drying, and aesthetic tools.

In-store space management: negotiation and optimization of product displays at the point of sale, ensuring the placement of additional spaces or attractive endcaps.

Brand image care: maintenance of the demonstration area clean and orderly, with stock correctly displayed, and immediate resolution of customer doubts and incidents.

Contract type: Part-time permanent-seasonal commercial contract (stable position for the commercial campaign).

Start date: November 06, 2026.

Working day and schedule: Part-time employment of 24 hours per week distributed over the days of highest commercial traffic:

Monday: from 11:00 h to 15:00 h and from 17:00 h to 21:00 h (8 hours).

Friday: from 11:00 h to 15:00 h and from 17:00 h to 21:00 h (8 hours).

Saturday: from 11:00 h to 15:00 h and from 17:00 h to 21:00 h (8 hours).

Salary remuneration: €10,293.69 gross per year (proportional base set according to the 24-hour weekly schedule).

Location: Large commercial retail space located in the Alcorcón / Torrent area.
