- Team and Leadership Management: Organize, coordinate, and supervise the work of the technical staff under your charge across their different shifts, assigning tasks and priorities to meet production needs, as well as evaluating their performance.
- Maintenance Plan Optimization: Design, implement, and improve the preventive and predictive maintenance plan for the entire plant.
- Corrective Maintenance: Ensure the quick and effective resolution of breakdowns or unexpected production line stoppages, applying root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
- Purchasing and Supplier Management: Coordinate the relationship with machinery and external service suppliers, negotiate service contracts, and efficiently manage the inventory of critical spare parts and components.
- Continuous Improvement and Efficiency: Propose and execute projects for technological improvement, automation, and energy efficiency within the facilities to optimize operational costs and productivity.
- Regulatory Compliance (Safety and Quality): Ensure that all team interventions strictly comply with Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) regulations and the demanding standards of food safety and industrial hygiene.
- KPI and Reporting Control: Periodically analyze the department's key performance indicators (OEE, maintenance costs, downtime, MTBF) and prepare results reports for Management.
