Assist in organizing import and export documentation for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring its accuracy and verifying compliance with legal standards.
Ensure the constant updating of import and export systems, including data entry and document filing.
Manage day-to-day operations and resolve incidents directly with customs and local authorities.
Ensure and take responsibility for import and export tariff codes being correctly applied to all inbound and outbound shipments.
Collaborate in customs clearance processes, handling of goods, deliveries, warehouse management, transportation, and the maintenance of their corresponding records.
Support the filing and custody of relevant documents and related daily administrative activities.
Assist and coordinate goods clearance activities with customs agents,
carriers, and official personnel to ensure on-time deliveries to clients.
Collaborate in communication and liaison with client representatives and carriers according to management guidelines.
Ensure inventory accuracy by overseeing daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, periodic inventories, and audits to verify results.
Continuously monitor warehouse performance and activities, with a primary focus on cost control.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) procedures, and safe work practices. Constantly verify stock levels and inventory both in the warehouse and at the point of sale.
Keep documentation up to date and maintain an accurate record of all warehouse activities.
Prepare management reports (MIS) and KPIs for management.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management according to company needs.
Technical and Functional Skills
In-depth end-to-end knowledge of import/export, customs regulations, and warehouse management (including storage guidelines
for different product categories).
Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP tools.
Ability to manage and lead teams.
Advanced inventory management.

Requirements and Experience
Education: University degree (Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline).
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within a recognized prestigious organization.
