The role

We are looking for a Logistics and Transport Team Leader to lead a team of approximately 10 people, guaranteeing the correct coordination of daily logistics operations, optimizing resources, and ensuring compliance with quality, service, and safety standards.

What you'll do

Coordination, supervision, and motivation of a team of 10 people.
Organization and planning of daily work.
Managing and resolving operational incidents.
Decision-making in dynamic and results-oriented environments.
Coordination of loading and unloading operations.
Management and monitoring of transport routes.
Liaison with suppliers and external collaborators.
Control of productivity, quality, and compliance with procedures.
Proposal and implementation of improvements in logistics processes.

Requirements

Previous experience in managing operational teams.
Experience in logistics, transport, or similar industrial environments.
Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Skills for decision-making and priority management.
Knowledge of loading and unloading operations, logistics planning, and route management.
Minimum English level of B1.
Specific training in Logistics, Transport, or Supply Chain is valued.
Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
