The role

What you'll do

As part of the production and integration department, you will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and verifying harnesses and wiring assemblies for flight hardware. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Manufacturing and assembly of harnesses and wiring assemblies (cutting, stripping, crimping, tin soldering, and preparation of coaxial/shielded cables).
  • Interpretation of manufacturing blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and cable tables.
  • Installation, routing (lacing), and securing of harnesses onto flight hardware while respecting bend radii and strain reliefs.
  • Performing in-process and final quality checks (electrical continuity, insulation resistance, pin retention, and visual inspection).
  • Preparation of material kits, labeling, and recording of operations and incidents (NCR) in IT tools (Jira/MES) to guarantee traceability.
  • Strict compliance with applicable quality standards (IPC/WHMA-A-620 and ECSS requirements).

Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: Intermediate Vocational Training, Higher Vocational Training, or Engineering in Electricity, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Aerospace (or equivalent practical experience in high-reliability environments).

Experience: Between 1 and 2 years in cable/harness manufacturing, electronic assembly, or electromechanical assembly.

Technical skills: Great manual dexterity for working with small components, fine wires, and connectors.

Ability to interpret electrical blueprints and diagrams.

Languages: Professional English (B1-B2 level) for reading technical documentation and collaborating with international teams.

Personal profile: A rigorous, meticulous person with high attention to detail, procedural discipline, and good communication on the shop floor. Availability: On-site full-time position in Paterna (Valencia).
