Quality Technician

Higher Vocational Training (Control of Quality, Machining, Laboratory, etc.) or a Technical/Engineering University Degree.

Minimum demonstrable experience of at least 1-2 years in similar quality control positions within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Experience in measurements, dimensional control, use of metrology tools, and interpretation of blueprints.

Knowledge of quality document management (BATs, checklists, control plans) and incidents.

Accustomed to working under quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.

Ability to work in a team, rigor, attention to detail, and orientation toward continuous improvement.

Previous experience in internal/external audit processes or in the use of problem-solving tools will be valued.

Salary according to collective agreement / to be determined based on the candidate's merit.

• Perform quality controls during the production process and on the finished product, in accordance with established procedures and specifications.
• Carry out measurements, dimensional controls, visual verifications, and other required checks, recording the results obtained.
• Manage and keep updated quality documentation and records (BATs, brochures, checklists, and associated documentation).
• Coordinate control priorities and provide support to quality activities in process, finished product, and material selection.
• Perform specific verifications of product, packaging, and other controls defined in the control plans. Collaborate in the management of quality incidents, rework, line clearances, and product release according to established criteria.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and in internal and external audits.
• Comply with and promote compliance with quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards applicable to their work area.
