A Multifunctional Financial profile is required for direct support to the administration department.

-Review and invoicing: Control, rigorous checking of delivery notes/orders, and accounting registration of issued and received invoices, managing incidents with suppliers and customers.

-Financial support: Support in bank reconciliations, monitoring the payment and collection calendar, and control of expense reports.

• Document management: Up-to-date and orderly maintenance of the tax, accounting, and master data files in the system.
• Multifunctional profile: Proactive capacity to coordinate autonomously with logistics and purchasing, proposing improvements in day-to-day administrative processes.

.**Job Requirements:**

-Academic training: Degree in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, or similar training.

• Previous experience of between 2 and 4 years in accounting administration tasks, invoicing control, and financial support is essential, preferably in an SME environment or industrial sector.

-Technical competencies: Proficiency in the use of office tools (advanced Excel) and experience in using accounting management programs / ERP systems.

• We are looking for a proactive, multifunctional, autonomous, meticulous person with a high capacity for organization for the simultaneous management of tasks and the resolution of incidents.
• Residency in the Greater Bilbao area or surroundings and essential availability of a private vehicle to travel to the workplace.
