Requirements

What we're looking for

• Higher Level Vocational Training (FP) in Administration and Finance, Accounting, or similar.

• Previous experience in administrative and/or accounting positions.

• Knowledge of invoicing management, bank reconciliation, and document control.

• Experience in administrative management of personnel and monitoring of workplace incidents.

• Basic knowledge of labor legislation and Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP).

• Advanced Excel skills and regular use of Microsoft 365.

• Experience with business management ERP systems is valued.

• High level of Spanish and Catalan.

• Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented person.

• Decisive, proactive profile with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

The role

What you'll do

• Validate, record, and manage supplier invoices, ensuring correct cost allocation and document tracking.

• Perform registration and control of purchases, sales, and packaging stock.

• Manage and control costs associated with transportation, verifying the correct invoicing of services.

• Perform periodic bank reconciliations and monitor transactions and balances.

• Administratively manage employee hires and terminations, coordinating the necessary documentation with the relevant departments and external providers.

• Monitor absences, workplace incidents, and review employee working hours.

• Supervise and track mandatory Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) training, ensuring compliance and updates.

• Keep the company's administrative and labor documentation up to date.

• Provide administrative support to the different departments of the organization.

• Collaborate in the continuous improvement of administrative, accounting, and control processes.
