About the role

What you'll do

  • Contact with temporary employment agencies: You will be the main point of contact between temporary employment agencies and Production Managers. You will analyze the staffing needs of production lines, request the required profiles, and follow up on new hires.

  • Coordinate and support various HR projects and initiatives, such as training programs, employee engagement activities, and policy updates.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to identify trends and provide key insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Collaborate effectively with other HR team members and departments across the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in human resources within a company.
  • University Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Advanced English level B2/C1.
  • Solid knowledge of relevant HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
