Talent Acquisition Coordinator

• Between 5 and 7 years of experience managing recruitment processes.

• Experience in both in-house and recruitment agency settings (highly valued).

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, InfoJobs, ATS, and other recruitment tools.

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

• Ability to build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and internal stakeholders.

• Proactive attitude, autonomy, and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent.

We are looking for a 👉 Talent Acquisition Coordinator to lead end-to-end recruitment processes and help attract the best talent to drive the growth of Sports Emotion.

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer and based at our Headquarters in 📍 Zaragoza, you will play a key role collaborating with the company's different teams to identify, attract, and select the best professionals, ensuring an excellent candidate experience and supporting our ambitious expansion plan.

What will you do? 🎯

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from defining needs with Hiring Managers to onboarding new employees, ensuring agile, efficient processes aligned with the business strategy.

• Comprehensive management of recruitment processes.

• Collaborating with Hiring Managers to define profiles and sourcing strategies.

• Identifying, evaluating, and selecting the best talent using various recruitment channels.

• Driving employer branding initiatives.

• Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees joining the company.

• Analyzing recruitment metrics and proposing improvements to recruitment processes and tools.

• Collaborating with the People team on cross-functional projects related to talent attraction and business growth.
