Human Resources Technician - Zaragoza

As a Human Resources Technician, your main mission will be to provide comprehensive support to the department, actively participating in the entire employee life cycle. Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruitment: Posting job offers, CV screening, conducting interviews (telephone and in-person), and candidate follow-up. 📝
• Administrative Management: Drafting contracts, managing incidents, payroll control, Social Security registrations and cancellations, and processing labor documentation. 📊
• Worker and Company Support: You will be the point of contact to resolve doubts and manage incidents for both our workers and our client companies. 📞
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with current labor legislation and internal company policies. ⚖️
• General Department Support: Participating in continuous improvement projects and other administrative tasks specific to the HR department. 💡

To join our team, you will need:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in HR consultancy or an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency), as a recruitment technician or human resources consultant. 🌟
• Education: Degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or similar. Specific training in Human Resources will be valued. 📚
• Knowledge: Proficiency in job search tools and candidate management platforms (ATS). Knowledge of Spanish labor legislation.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a team, proactivity, organization, and attention to detail. Customer orientation and problem-solving. 🚀
• Languages: Knowledge of other languages will be valued.
• Residency: Residency in Zaragoza or surrounding areas. 📍
