What you'll do

As a Human Resources intern, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in various areas of the department, collaborating closely with our team and learning from professionals with extensive experience. Your responsibilities will include, among others:

Support in recruitment and selection processes: posting job offers, CV screening, interview coordination.
Assistance in personnel management: registrations, terminations, contractual modifications, incident management.
Collaboration in the preparation of reports and HR data analysis.
Participation in development and training projects.
Support in internal communication and employee benefits management.
Help in payroll and social security administration.
Contribution to the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.
Familiarization with HR management tools and systems.
