At Bed's, the retail company specializing in sleep from Grupo Pikolin, we are looking to join our central team in PLAZA (Zaragoza) with a Recruitment and Human Resources Technician.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent attraction and selection processes for the Bed's store network, ensuring an impeccable candidate experience and continuously optimizing our selection metrics.

• 360º Recruitment: Creation and publication of attractive and disruptive job offers. Proactive sourcing (headhunting) of passive candidates and active participation in job fairs, employment events, and Employer Branding initiatives.

• Resume screening and evaluation: In-depth analysis of CVs and filtering of applications tailored to the requirements of each role.

• Interviews and assessment: Conducting interviews (phone, in-person, and online) based on competencies.

• Candidate reports: Preparation of detailed qualitative and quantitative reports for hiring managers.

• Candidate Experience: Constant and transparent communication and close follow-up of candidates throughout the entire process.

• Closing and negotiation: Preparation and presentation of job offers, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills to attract the best talent.

• Onboarding: Full coordination of the welcome process (document management, registration on internal platforms, and follow-up of initial integration).

• KPIs and continuous improvement: Analysis of key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rate, most effective channels) and proposal of improvement actions.

• Education: University degree (Bachelor's in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar). A Master's or Postgraduate degree in HR Management or Talent Management is a plus.

• Experience: Between 2 and 3 years in similar positions. Experience in recruitment agencies or temporary employment agencies (headhunter / talent acquisition specialist) accustomed to high volumes and fast-paced environments will be highly valued.
