At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with an important services sector company to find an HR Manager to join a strategic project in Zaragoza.

What you'll do

What will your mission be? You will be the person responsible for ensuring proper management of labor relations at a site with high activity, active union interaction, and a demanding environment, acting as a key link between the company and employees. · Ensuring compliance with current labor regulations. · Providing legal advice on labor matters to management and internal departments. · Managing disciplinary processes (sanctions, dismissals, etc.). · Leading processes for substantial changes to working conditions (MSCT) and mobility. · Maintaining direct communication with the works council and unions. · Participating in collective bargaining and labor agreements. · Handling labor inspections and conciliation proceedings. · Managing labor documentation for new hires (contracts, health and safety training, onboarding, etc.). · Managing and providing support with corporate tools (Fiori or other HR platforms). · Coordinating documentation management for training and monitoring training plans. · Supporting administrative processes (hiring, terminations, incidents). · Collaborating with other departments on engagement, development, and workplace climate initiatives. · Preparing and monitoring HR indicators (absenteeism, turnover, etc.).
