Loyalty and Retention Call Center Agent - Insurance Sector

• Receiving calls for personalized attention and advice to clients.
• Identifying the client's needs.
• Selling the products.
• Resolving the queries of current or potential clients.
• Global management of the demands of the insured through the company's own system.
• Negotiation, Loyalty and Client Retention.

-Education: Compulsory Secondary Education

-Knowledge: - Good communication skills and ability to interact and negotiate

-Experience: 1 year

• Good disposition for dealing with people.
• Commercial experience.
• Experience working with individual objectives and incentives.
• Skill in the use of digital media.
• Availability to travel to Tres Cantos

• Schedule: 1,412 hours per year:
• Morning Shift: Mon to Thu from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Afternoon shift: Mon to Thu 3:00 PM to 9:30 PM and Fridays from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
• SATURDAYS YES: 11 Saturdays with schedule from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM / 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Or 1612 annual hours:

• Morning Shift: Mon to Tue from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM and Wed to Fri from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Afternoon Shift: Mon to Tue from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Wed to Fri from 2:30 PM to 9:00 PM
• SATURDAYS YES: 11 Saturdays with schedule from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM / 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Paid training from day one. Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Start date availability: September 15
• Contract: Permanent staff
• Salary: €10.6/hour + uncapped incentives

• Buena disposición de trato con personas.
• Experiencia comercial.
• Experiencia trabajando con objetivos e incentivos individuales.
• Habilidad en el uso de medios digitales.
• Disponibilidad para desplazarse a Tres Cantos

• Horario:.1412 horas anuales:
• Horario Mañana: L a J de 8:30 a 15:00 y los viernes de 9.00 a 15.00.
• Horario Tarde: L a J 15.00 a 21.30 y los viernes de 15.00 a 21.00.
• SÁBADOS SI: 11 sábados con horario de 9:00 a 14:00 / 10:00 a 15:00.

Ó 1612 horas anuales:

• Horario Mañana: L a M de 9:30 a 19:30 y X a V de 8.30 a 15.00.
• Horario Tarde: L a M 10.00 a 20.00 y X a V de 14.30 a 21.00
• SABADOS SI: 11 sábados con horario de 9:00 a 14:00 / 10:00 a 15:00
• Formación remunerada desde el primer día. En horario de lunes a viernes de 9.00 a 18.00
• Disponibilidad de incorporación: 15 de Septiembre

• Salario: 10,6 b/h + incentivos sin techo
