Pay & benefits

What you'll get

- Immediate incorporation

- Initial contract through EULEN Flexiplan: 3 + 3 months with real possibility of joining the company.

- Paid initial training from Monday to Friday, morning schedule from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and on-site position.

- Shift distribution: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., with one Saturday per month, which will be compensated with a weekend bonus of €0.59/hour.

- Availability to work two weekends per month (if necessary).

- Gross hourly wage: €9.28/hour.

From EULEN Flexiplan, Global HR and Employment Solutions Division of the EULEN Group, we are looking for Phone Agents with a native level of French for an important home insurance multinational located in Tres Cantos.

What you'll do

Review policy coverage for policyholders, resolve any doubts or issues that may arise, coordinate with other departments and professionals the services provided in each case, and follow up on claims until they are processed in French.
