Requirements

What we're looking for

Native French
Knowledge of painting, electricity, plumbing, masonry, flooring, parquet, etc.
Experience in phone customer service
Internet connection (preferably fiber optic); computers must have Windows 10 installed.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Immediate incorporation
Initial contract through EULEN Flexiplan: 2 months temporary + 4 months temporary + permanent employment with the client.
One week of paid training, morning schedule from 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday (in-person if you live in Madrid)
Remote work once training is completed, except for residents of Madrid and Barcelona, who will work in-person
Regular schedule after training: Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm, split shift
Hourly wage: 9.28 euros gross/hour (8.08 + 1.20 language bonus)

What you'll do

Studying and approving home insurance claims
Receiving calls from the professionals we work with (painters, plumbers, electricians, etc.)
