Electrical Expert Salesperson

Essential: Demonstrable previous experience having worked as an electrician/installer or having sold electrical products and materials.

Essential: Solid technical knowledge in the range of electrical products.

Key attitude: High proactivity, dynamism, initiative, and excellent orientation toward the customer and the resolution of technical doubts.

Organizational capacity to balance commercial service with replenishment and section maintenance tasks.

Availability to work rotating shifts of morning and afternoon from Monday to Saturday.

Permanent Contract and direct hire by the company: Direct incorporation into the company's workforce with job stability from day one.

Working Day and Schedule: Rotating morning and afternoon shifts, Monday to Saturday, with one Saturday off per month guaranteed to favor your rest.

Your duties:

The position balances customer service and section replenishment with an equal level of importance:

Customer Service and Technical Sales:

Actively welcome customers (professionals and individuals), providing technical advice on materials, mechanisms, lighting, electrical panels, and electrical solutions.

Guide sales by detecting unmet needs, proposing products adapted to each project, and seeking customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Section Maintenance and Replenishment:

Maintain the section and reserve with optimal replenishment standards (full, clean, and marked).

Perform merchandise placement, product display assembly, and stock control (prevention of shrinkage, stockouts, and inventory).
