What we're looking for

Individuals registered as job seekers in the Community of Madrid.
Individuals registered as residents in the Community of Madrid, preferably in the municipality of Madrid Capital.
Spanish language proficiency at a B1 level.
Valid work permit and availability to work 40 hours per week.

The role

We are looking for passionate people in Renewable Energies who are eager to learn to join Leroy Merlin.

You will join a training program to specialize in Renewable Energies, provided by the Community of Madrid, in order to be able to participate in the selection processes for access to our stores subsequently.

What you'll do

Your mission will be to help customers turn their homes into efficient and sustainable spaces, advising them with the best technical features.

Main duties

Advise customers through omnichannel to offer solutions suited to their needs.
Resolve issues and doubts during the purchasing process, providing positive experiences.
Identify business opportunities, prepare quotes, manage orders, and ensure profitability.
Offer the "Solution Sale": complete packages that include the product, installation, financing, and delivery.
Carry out administrative management of after-sales services.
