From the RAS office in Mataró, we are recruiting a Production Administrative Assistant for an industrial company located in Mataró.
👌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Management and monitoring of manufacturing orders.
Planning and coordination of production with the different departments.
Control of raw materials stock and monitoring of supply needs.
Updating and maintaining data in the ERP system.
Coordination with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse to ensure the correct flow of materials.
Preparation of reports and administrative support to the department.
