From the RAS INTERIM Sabadell office, we are selecting personnel for the position of ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for a company located in Sabadell.
Answering phone calls and managing emails directed to clients and suppliers.
Registering and filing administrative documentation (invoices, delivery notes, orders, and contracts).
Managing entries and exits of documentation in the management system and maintaining updated databases.
Preparing and controlling documentation for invoicing and monitoring basic collections and payments.
Support in preparing periodic reports and administrative lists.
Attention and coordination with other departments to resolve administrative incidents.

Knowledge of office software: Word, Excel, and email at a user level.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and document management.
Good verbal and written communication in Spanish; knowledge of other languages will be valued.
