Requirements

What we're looking for

-Vocational training in Administration or a related field.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in production administration or planning departments.
-Organized, resourceful person with coordination skills and good command of computer tools.

The role

From our office RAS INTERIM BLANES, we are recruiting PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATORS for a company in the AUTOMOTIVE sector located in Maçanet de la Selva.

What you'll do

-Provide administrative support to the Production Manager in production planning and monitoring.
-Track and close production orders, as well as manage daily incidents and urgent matters.
-Manage consumable orders, training records, onboarding, and administrative control of internal processes.
-Prepare and update production indicators, documentation, and production lists.

How you'll work

-Schedule: split shift from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (with 30 minutes or 1 hour for lunch) and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (or 2:00 p.m. if 30-minute lunches are taken from Monday to Thursday).
-Training: initial onboarding and training in the internal processes of the production department.
-Stability: newly created position with an initial 3-month contract through a staffing agency, followed by direct employment with the company.
