From the RAS INTERIM office in Sabadell, we are recruiting a Traffic Manager for a company in the parcel delivery sector located in Sant Quirze
- Plan and prepare night delivery routes (shift 00:00-08:00).
- Assign and coordinate routes for delivery drivers.
- Optimize routes to meet delivery times and reduce costs.
- Supervise the daily management of route incidents (delays, breakdowns, returns, and rejections).
- Control and monitor the fleet and transport documentation.
- Direct communication with clients and the warehouse to coordinate loads and departures.
- Prepare daily activity reports and statements.
- Demonstrable experience in preparing and managing driver routes, especially in the parcel delivery sector.
- Knowledge of route planning and transport management systems (TMS) is valued.
- Ability to work the night shift (00:00-08:00) and immediate availability.
- Good communication and incident resolution skills.
- Results-oriented, organized, and skilled in team management.
