The role

We are currently looking for a UX Product Designer to work in our Design Team, within the Product area.

What you'll do

Address the integral design process with a solid UX and Research foundation.

Conceptualize and optimize the product through Data and CRO.

Evolve and maintain the Design System.

Manage projects with total autonomy (Ownership).

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams.

What we need from you

Advanced mastery of Figma (Ability to design and prototype complex experiences).

UX/Product Design (Information architecture, User flows, Wireframing and prototyping, Responsive design, UX writing (valuable).

Maintenance and scaling of Design Systems, advanced knowledge of components, variables, libraries, variants, tokens and Auto Layout.

Research (quantitative and qualitative analysis, synthesis and prioritization of insights).

And it is a plus additionally...

Desirable CRO and Data Driven Design (VWO and ContentSquare): Hypothesis definition, execution of AB tests, interpretation of results, funnel analysis, interpretation of heatmaps and session recordings.
