A key opportunity to lead the company's end-to-end digital experience, driving the shift toward customer- and employee-centric transformation.

• You will define and lead the company-wide user experience strategy.
• You will design consistent digital experiences across web, app, portals, and internal tools.
• You will evolve end-to-end customer journeys with an omnichannel approach.
• You will drive improvements in satisfaction, conversion, self-service, and operational efficiency.
• You will lead the design of key digital products (private area, app, onboarding, customer service, etc.).
• You will implement continuous research practices and turn insights into business decisions.
• You will build and govern a scalable Design System.
• You will coordinate initiatives with Product, Technology, Business, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• You will lead a multidisciplinary team and manage external vendors.

We are looking for someone with strategic vision, a business-oriented mindset, and solid experience in user experience and service design.

• Proven experience in UX / Service Design within complex digital environments.
• End-to-end approach, with the ability to design complete omnichannel journeys.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on research and metrics.
• Knowledge of Design Systems, design tools (Figma), and UX methodologies.
• Experience in Agile environments and product-oriented ways of working.
• Sensitivity to accessibility, usability, and inclusive design.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (UX/UI, Research, Content, Service Design).
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills with different stakeholders.
• Experience in CRO, personalization, and the use of AI applied to customer experience will be valued.
