Requirements
What we're looking for
- Solid experience as a Product Designer, in a senior role and ideally in mobile products.
- Experience building and scaling Design Systems and designing complex marketplace flows.
- Excellent visual taste (impeccable UI) with a strong foundation in UX Research and interaction design.
- Rapid prototyping mindset: you are comfortable with advanced Figma and AI tools to validate ideas.
Nice to have
Extra points if you also have experience in vibe coding or have taken a two-sided marketplace from idea to production.

The role
TRIBBU is preparing to become a marketplace, and that demands new, more complex flows and a coherent experience from start to finish. At the same time, rapid growth has left us with visual debt that we want to eliminate. We need design with judgment, rigor, and speed so that the leap feels natural for every person who uses TRIBBU.
Your work will define how TRIBBU feels in its new stage: an impeccable experience for thousands of people who carpool every day.
What you'll do
- Detect UX problems in our product bets, design and prototype solutions, and validate them with user tests.
- Design end-to-end marketplace flows for drivers and passengers.
- Maintain and scale a unified Design System that eliminates visual debt and provides consistency across the entire product.
- Work hand in hand with engineering, using AI and interactive prototyping to validate hypotheses in days, not weeks.
How you'll work
- Location: Madrid. We come to the office Monday to Friday but with flexibility and freedom.
