Structural Calculation Engineer (ANSYS)

We are looking to hire a Metal Structures Calculation Engineer with experience in Ansys, focused on aeronautical projects.

• What will your mission be?

-Perform structural analysis of aeronautical metal components

-Simulate static and dynamic stresses, fatigue, and damage tolerance using Ansys

-Validate solutions together with design and manufacturing teams, ensuring compliance with aeronautical regulations

-Document analysis results and participate in technical reviews.

-Initially, and with the aim of thoroughly understanding the product and its operation, you will need to review various reports, as well as tasks related to management.

• Key requirements

-Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.

-At least 2 years of experience in structural calculation

-Proficiency in simulation tools such as Ansys and good command of FEM.

-Demonstrated experience and fluency with Ansys Workbench.

-Knowledge of programming is valued.

-Intermediate knowledge of CAD, preferably NX.

-Knowledge of nonlinear analysis, contact, buckling, and vibrations.

-Knowledge of aeronautical metal materials (aluminum, steel).

-Knowledge of aeronautical regulations and certification criteria.

-Technical English proficiency (documentation and client meetings).

En RDT, colaboramos con los principales fabricantes del sector aeronáutico desarrollando soluciones estructurales de alto rendimiento.

Buscamos incorporar un/a Calculista de Estructuras Metálicas con experiencia en Ansys, orientado a proyectos aeronáuticos.

• ¿Cuál será tu misión?

-Realizar el análisis estructural de componentes metálicos aeronáuticos

-Simular esfuerzos estáticos, dinámicos, de fatiga y tolerancia al daño mediante Ansys

-Validar soluciones junto con los equipos de diseño y fabricación, asegurando el cumplimiento de normativa aeronáutica

-Documentar los resultados de análisis y participar en revisiones técnicas.

-Inicialmente y con el objetivo de conocer bien el producto para conocer bien el producto y su funcionamiento, se tendrán que revisar diferentes informes, así como tareas relacionada con la gestión.

• Requisitos clave

-Titulación en Ingeniería Aeronáutica, Mecánica o Industrial.

-Experiencia de al menos 2 años en cálculo estructural

-Dominio de herramientas de simulación como Ansys y buen manejo de FEM.

-Experiencia demostrada y fluidez con Ansys Workbench.

-Valorable conocimiento de programación.

-Conocimientos intermedios de CAD, a poder ser NX.

-Conocimiento en análisis no lineal, contacto, pandeo y vibraciones.

-Conocimiento de materiales metálicos aeronáuticos (aluminio, acero).

-Conocimientos de normativas aeronáuticas y criterios de certificación.

-Nivel de inglés técnico (documentación y reuniones con cliente).
