🔧 Your mission

As a Senior Industrialization / Assembly Processes Engineer (Automotive) with experience in the development and implementation of industrial processes, assembly and feasibility analysis, definition of tooling and equipment, Process Sheets, and MTM2 time measurement. Responsible for the technical piloting of their perimeter from the virtual phases to SOP, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and suppliers and guaranteeing quality, cost, and deadline objectives. Higher technical training, knowledge of the automotive industrial environment, CATIA 3D, MTM2, and B2 English are required.

• Define, develop, and industrialize assembly processes.
• Prepare and validate Process Sheets and evaluate assembly times using MTM2, including DST/EST monitoring.
• Perform assembly, product/process feasibility, and digital environment analyses to study new parts, modifications, and impacts on industrial equipment.
• Identify and pilot the resolution of critical assembly points, from the virtual phase to SOP.
• Specify needs for tooling and industrial equipment, including modifications to existing equipment or implementation of new equipment, and subsequently validate their functionality.
• Analyze the integration of parts into workstations and the risks of assembly errors related to diversity, fastening, and compliance.
• Coordinate suppliers and different métiers/internal teams, pilot action plans, investments, and reporting, and participate in the selection of suppliers.
• Guarantee technical standards and references, manage indicators, and ensure deliverables in cost, quality, and deadline.
