Manage and follow up on non-conformities related to testing.
Monitor quality indicators and objectives, analyzing results, deviations, and trends.
Participate in internal and external audits, providing documentation, evidence, and action follow-up.
Support the preparation, updating, and control of procedures and instructions in accordance with ISO 17025 and customer requirements.
Analyze process data to identify root causes, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
