The role
What you'll do
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring Design projects, ensuring compliance with established deadlines, costs, and objectives. You will act as a connection point between the Design teams, client areas, and external suppliers, guaranteeing the correct execution of activities and deliverables. Likewise, you will ensure efficient management of resources, budgets, documentation, and contracts, providing visibility and support for decision-making through project monitoring and reporting.
Your responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor assigned Design projects, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines and costs.
- Coordinate activities and deliverables between the different Design teams, client areas, and external suppliers.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
- Attend monitoring meetings and project forums representing the Design area, supporting coordination, content alignment, and the monitoring of project activities.
- Update and maintain departmental databases.
- Prepare project and area documentation, monitoring reports, and presentations for internal review forums and management.
- Draft and manage requests for quotes, scopes of work, and documentation associated with outsourcing needs.
- Perform technical, administrative, and economic monitoring of suppliers and Design service contracts.
- Control the budget of assigned projects, preparing forecasts, variance analyses, and cost estimates.
