The role

The person will join the Projects Department, providing specialized support in purchasing and contracting and working in a coordinated manner with Project Managers, Procurement, Finance, and suppliers.

What you'll do

Definition and monitoring of the purchasing and contracting strategy for the projects.
Preparation and updating of the purchasing plan.
Management of tendering, request, and evaluation of offers processes.
Negotiation and awarding of suppliers.
Management of purchasing and contracting of equipment, services, and works associated with CAPEX projects.
Monitoring of suppliers and contractors.
Control of compliance with quality, EHS, compliance, safety, and risk management requirements.
Coordination of OSH, CAE, and work permit documentation.
