What we're looking for

At Reale ITES, we are looking to hire a .NET Programmer Analyst profile with experience in Genesys Cloud for the development of Contact Center applications. The requirements we are looking for are: More than 3 years of experience and advanced knowledge in .NET environments and demonstrable experience in Contact Center projects or evolutions with Genesys Cloud (We will very positively value if you possess any certification in this tool).

Other key requirements for the position are experience in the development of web services (REST and SOAP), integrations, and Oracle databases (PL/SQL)

We are looking for people with high planning and organizational capacity, autonomy and initiative, and analytical thinking. B2 level of English and we value disability certificates.

What you'll do

What will you have to do?

Your main mission will be to participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of solutions on the Genesys platform, acting as a link between functional requirements and the development teams. You will be responsible for executing the construction of applications, developing technical specifications and integrations, preparing documentation, and performing software debugging and testing, guaranteeing the quality, stability, and correct operational functioning of the Contact Center area.

Some of the more specific functions:

Construction and implementation of solutions based on Genesys, as well as their maintenance.

Develop the technical specifications, architecture, and integration between Genesys and the company's core systems.

Act as a link between the business Product Owner, functional users, and the development teams, ensuring the correct definition, prioritization, and technical landing of the Contact Center area's needs.

Construction of integrated tests.

Constant maintenance and evolution of Genesys, scripting, and integration code, ensuring its maintainability over time.

Prepare and control the production deployment of applications

Refinement and estimation of tasks. Creation and management of development documentation and operating procedures
