At Reale ITES, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Expert profile (hybrid role: defensive/offensive) to lead threat detection, analysis, and response.

What you'll do

What will you have to do?

You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of critical infrastructures. Performing advanced forensic investigations and ensuring operational resilience through expert incident management in SIEM/XDR environments

Some of the more specific functions

Advanced Cybersecurity

EDR/XDR: Advanced management and configuration of Microsoft Defender XDR, including the configuration of detection rules, management of exclusions, and optimization of policies to minimize false positives, as well as proactive threat hunting. SIEM: Expert management of Microsoft Sentinel. SOC: Liaison with the SOC for security incident management, performing level 3 resolution of incidents. Forensic Analysis: Use of acquisition and analysis tools such as FTK Imager, Autopsy, Volatility, KAPE, and Eric Zimmerman's Tools. Pentesting: Proficiency in Metasploit, EvilGinx, Bloodhound, Sharphound, Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, John the Ripper, and Hashcat. OSINT & Auditing: Google Dorks, SpiderFoot, Maltego, and Wi-Fi auditing (Aircrack-ng, Wifite2).

Perimeter Security and Networks

Administration of CheckPoint Firewalls (SmartConsole / SmartLog). Management of Cisco Umbrella. Microsoft WAF.

Identity Management, Endpoint, Data Protection, and Email

Advanced control of Active Directory and Azure Entra ID, Management of Microsoft Defender 365 and Intune, Microsoft Exchange Online Protection (EOP)

Core Services

Microsoft Windows Server (2016 and higher) and Workstation (Windows 10 and higher). Cloud Infrastructures (Azure and OCI), Google and AWS are a plus. Advanced knowledge of DNS and IIS services.

Log Analysis and Processing

Splunk, Azure Log Analytics (using KQL), Power BI Desktop.

Backup Testing Coordination

Experience in organizing testing for critical company services, both during and outside of business hours.

More than 5 years of experience in incident response following the continuous improvement cycle: preparation, detection, analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery.
