What will you have to do?

The Legal Advisor - Auto Claims profile will be part of the Legal Department of Reale Seguros Generales and will be mainly responsible for performing the following functions:

Some of the most specific functions of a Legal Advisor - Auto Claims

Define and propose the most appropriate legal strategy for the management of claims from the Major Claims Department, according to the functions determined for Legal Advisors in the "Major Claims Action Protocol", in order to provide the necessary legal support.

Review policy terms and conditions and advise on their drafting to ensure compliance with the law.

Report on and keep up to date with legislative and case-law developments that may be of interest, both for claims management and for the insurance sector in general, in order to ensure that REALE's operations are aligned with current regulations.

Provide legal advice to the Claims Department and collaborate with the network of external counsel, in order to guarantee adequate legal support for that department.

A degree in Law is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in legal management or coordination of civil and criminal court proceedings, with courtroom appearances. A minimum of 5 years of experience in liability arising from motor vehicle traffic.

Practical knowledge of the system for assessing bodily injury (the "Baremo" Act) and its case-law interpretation in the management of serious and very serious bodily injury claims. Knowledge of civil liability insurance and legal defense.

Ability to interpret medical, biomechanical, and accident reconstruction expert reports. Expert-level knowledge of insurance, procedural, and substantive law is required: the Insurance Contract Act, the Civil and Criminal Procedure Acts, the Civil Liability and Motor Vehicle Traffic Act.

Experience in subrogation, recovery, and CIDE/ASCIDE agreements will be valued. Ability to influence and coordinate multidisciplinary teams without direct hierarchical reporting (claims adjusters, medical experts, and external counsel) and excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.

El perfil de Asesor/a Jurídico Prestaciones Autos formará parte de la Dirección de Asesoria Jurídica de Reale Seguros Generales y se encargará principalmente de realizar las siguientes funciones:.

Algunas de las funciones más específicas de un/a Asesor/a Jurídico Prestaciones Autos

Definir y proponer la estrategia jurídica más adecuada para la gestión de los siniestros del departamento de Siniestros Graves, según las funciones que vienen determinadas para los Asesores Jurídicos en el "Protocolo de Actuación de Siniestros Graves", con el fin de prestar el soporte jurídico necesario.

Revisar los condicionados de las pólizas y asesorar sobre su redacción, para adecuarlas a la legalidad.

Informar y mantener actualizadas las novedades legislativas y jurisprudenciales que puedan resultar de interés, tanto para la gestión de los siniestros como para el sector del seguro en general, con el fin de asegurar la alineación de la operativa de REALE con la normativa vigente.

Asesorar jurídicamente al área de Prestaciones y colaborar con la red de letrados externos, con el fin de garantizar el adecuado soporte jurídico para dicha área.

Indispensable aportar licenciatura/grado en Derecho. Experiencia mínima de 5 años en dirección letrada o coordinación de procedimientos judiciales civiles y penales, con asistencia a Sala. Experiencia mínima de 5 años en responsabilidad civil derivada de la circulación de vehículos a motor.

Conocimiento práctico del sistema de valoración de daños corporales (Baremo de Autos) y de su interpretación jurisprudencial en gestión de daños corporales graves y muy graves.Conocimiento de seguros de responsabilidad civil y defensa jurídica.

Capacidad para interpretar informes periciales médicos, biomecánicos y de reconstrucción de accidentes. Necesario aportar conocimiento a nivel de experto normativa de seguros, procesal y sustantiva: Ley de Contrato de Contrato de Seguros, Leyes de Enjuiciamiento Civil y Criminal, Ley de responsabilidad civil y seguro en la circulación de vehículos a motor.

Se valorará conocimiento en recobros, subrogación, Convenios CIDE/ASCIDE y responsabilidad civil empresarial. Capacidad para influir y coordinar equipos multidisciplinares sin dependencia jerárquica directa (tramitadores, peritos, médicos y letrados externos) y excelente capacidad de comunicación escrita y verbal, y capacidad analítica.
