What will you have to do?

As Manager of Associations and Groups, the person joining this position will be responsible for carrying out work management tasks with national-level institutional associations and integrating entities.

Some of the more specific functions of a Manager of Associations and Groups:

Proposing, negotiating, coordinating, and monitoring the General Services and Life protocols reached with the managements of the associations, aligned with the strategic objectives that are defined.

Managing communication with the managements and presidencies of the associations, coordinating in-person meetings, working sessions, or work meetings, and ensuring periodic follow-up on agreements, identification of needs, and proposal of improvement actions.

Preparing, analyzing, and monitoring periodic management reports, proposing corrective measures aimed at improving results and correcting deviations from established objectives. Also coordinating and planning, together with the managements of the associations, global and individual improvement plans oriented toward productivity per member, business mix, companies, Life, and results.

Representing the company at events, conferences, and activities organized by associations, including FECOR, Consejo General, and ADECOSE. Likewise, coordinating the preparation of reports, surveys, and conclusions, as well as the organization of meetings with association presidents, sector meetings, and other events relevant to the group.

Ensuring communication to management and/or the broker network of the new services, products, and actions implemented by the company each year, and promoting and coordinating initiatives of strategic interest for the company with the members of the different groups, through regional or global meetings.

Managing annual communication to the managements regarding the fees derived from the protocols of each member.

Ensuring communication to the territory of the agreements and protocols reached by Seguros Generales and Vida, providing support to the internal commercial organization in resolving questions, high-level issues, and incidents within the group. Also monitoring and coordinating the agreements of Seguros Generales and Vida, including indicators, current protocols, evolution of agreements, planned actions, and identified needs.

Supervise, where applicable, special agreements outside the association's standard protocol or framework, ensuring their alignment with the commercial strategy, business objectives, and the criteria defined for the group.

Define, drive, and monitor the business plan and the annual association strategy, considering the starting point, the evolution of results, the business mix, Life insurance, costs associated with the group, profitability of the agreements, and other relevant objectives.

Coordinate and drive commercial, reactivation, training, marketing, and information actions aimed at brokers linked to associations, groups, and integrator offices, including reactivation packs, local meetings, training activities, product news, services, and channel operating criteria.
