What you'll do

As Manager of Associations and Groups, the person joining this position will be responsible for carrying out work management tasks with national-level institutional associations and integrating entities.

Some of the more specific functions of a Manager of Associations and Groups:

Proposing, negotiating, coordinating, and monitoring the General Services and Life protocols reached with the managements of the associations, aligned with the strategic objectives that are defined.

Define, drive, and monitor the business plan and the annual association strategy, considering the starting point, the evolution of results, the business mix, Life insurance, costs associated with the group, profitability of the agreements, and other relevant objectives.

Coordinate and drive commercial, reactivation, training, marketing, and information actions aimed at brokers linked to associations, groups, and integrator offices, including reactivation packs, local meetings, training activities, product news, services, and channel operating criteria.
