What will you have to do?

The RECRUITMENT TECHNICIAN profile will be part of the Selection area, within the company's Talent department, and will mainly be responsible for carrying out recruitment and selection tasks, in order to ensure the incorporation of the talent that best fits the current and future needs of each area.

Some of the most specific functions of a RECRUITMENT TECHNICIAN

Carrying out recruitment, selection, and onboarding tasks, using the available tools and resources to ensure the incorporation of the talent that best fits the current and future needs of each area.

Collaborating with the different people managers in the organization on the aspects and information derived from managed processes, as well as monitoring the correct implementation, on time and in form, of the defined people management tools.

Carrying out the annual negotiation of agreements with ETTS, Universities, and Study Centers, as well as coordinating the onboarding of temporary workers/interns.

Proposing new ways, models, and tools to evolve and improve Reale's selection/development system.

Participating in projects led by the talent management area during the definition and design phase.

Collaborating in the development and implementation of specific selection and development projects, providing support to the organization for their integration among employees and managers.

What we're looking for

We are looking for professionals with a university degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or similar, as well as specific training: a Master's in HR and competency-based selection. It is highly valued to have at least 3-4 years of experience in the same role within the Insurance sector.

It is essential to be accustomed to working with selection tools (proprietary or external ATS, and job search websites). A B2 level of English is highly valued, and Italian will be taken into account.

Nice to have

The most notable competencies for this role are customer orientation, results orientation, and the ability to work transversally with other areas of the Company.

Having a Disability Certificate of 33% or higher will be valued.
