Requirements

What we're looking for

We are looking for professionals who must have a university degree, preferably in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

We are looking for professionals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

The selected candidate must demonstrate a high level of customer service skills, planning and organization, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Candidates holding a Disability Certificate of 33% or higher will be positively valued.

CLAIMS PROCESSOR FOR PERSONAL LINES MULTIPLE PERILS MADRID (TEMPORARY POSITION)

What you'll do

What will you have to do?

The Claims Handler for Miscellaneous Personal Lines profile is responsible for managing claims for miscellaneous personal lines, in accordance with management guidelines, to provide quality service to customers.

Some of the more specific duties of the Claims Processor for Personal Lines Multiple Perils in Madrid:

Opening and managing assigned claims files, in order to request the necessary documentation for their acceptance or rejection based on the coverage under the policy.

Establishing and reviewing claim reserves to ensure they match the actual cost of the claim.

Handling calls and visits from brokers and policyholders, requesting information about the status of their claim and ensuring quality service.

Performing tasks related to claims processing, until their settlement, in accordance with procedures established by management.

Processing claim payments and corresponding reviews, with the aim of properly closing the files.

Filing documentation in physical or electronic format within the claim files.
