The role

RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Student Marketeers are part of the world's most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program. They know Red Bull's target audience deeply and are responsible for driving brand image and product awareness on their campus and in their area.
The goal of the program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, collaborate with sales to cover university points of sale, and manage the brand at their university. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, encouraging product trial, and occasionally working at Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience. Within the program, there are different role approaches that will be assigned based on market needs and each candidate's profile.
The program offers a flexible environment that allows them to organize their day-to-day with relative autonomy while developing real experience in marketing and brand management.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver's license.
Excellent communication skills and a charismatic, energetic, and positive personality.
Passion for the brand and the product.
Involved in student life, with a deep knowledge of the university and the region, including key environments and meeting points.
Creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
Ability to balance studies and part-time work, ideally with availability some afternoons and weekends.
Interest in learning and applying new skills, especially in marketing, negotiation, and sales.
Connected with different influential groups and individuals on campus.
Ideally, with a good level of English.
