A person passionate about industrial production, team leadership, and operational excellence.

You will be a key figure within the production operation, leading the activities of your shift and ensuring that our processes are carried out under the highest standards of:

Your leadership will be fundamental to ensuring that every line, every process, and every decision contributes to the global performance of the plant.

🟠 Coordinate and supervise the production operations of your shift, ensuring compliance with production objectives.

🟠 Guarantee quality, food safety, environmental, and occupational safety standards in all operational activities.

🟠 Lead, motivate, and develop production teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

🟠 Ensure the correct preparation of lines and format changes, minimizing losses and downtime.

🟠 Supervise the preparation of syrups and compliance with food safety and HACCP procedures.

🟠 Manage operational incidents, analyze deviations, and drive sustainable and effective solutions.

🟠 Prepare shift reports and ensure fluid communication between areas.

🟠 Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing resources.

🟠 Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and OHS to achieve operational excellence.

🟠 Participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and preventive action plans.
